Those are apps I personally used and use to become better each and every day

Meditation

Calm App

Calm is dedicated to adventures in mindfulness, the power of a good night’s sleep, and cultivating a healthier and happier life. We hope you enjoy your visit!

Headspace App

Headspace is part of Headspace Health, the world’s most accessible, comprehensive provider of mental health and well-being care.

What I currently Use

Meditation is something I always struggled with. Mainly, because I didn’t know how to do it. I am an over-thinker through and through. So if I asked someone who does meditate, how it works then I got the most common answer like: ” Don’t think of anything” which basically meant I wasn’t able to do it.

When I was at a Yoga class the instructor recommended me the Calm App. She said the app has a great 30 day guide of a variety of different meditation techniques which you can choose later on and find your preferred technique. I downloaded the app and had a 14 day free trial where I went through half of the introduction of “How to Meditate”. Ever since I purchased the subscription and learned to meditate.

Habit Building

The Fabulous App

Fabulous uses behavioral science to help people make smart changes and build healthy habits.

WaterMinder App

Helping you to stay hydrated during your busy day. WaterMinder will motivate you to drink more water and stay hydrated. Start feeling better!

Motivation App

Whether you’re going through hard times, need an extra push to get stuff done, or enjoy sharing inspirational quotes on social media, Motivation has you covered.

What I currently Use

I got introduced to The Fabulous App in 2020 by a friend who went through a breakup and needed to re-structure his personal life a bit. I gave it a go and tried the free trial. I was surprised how much on good habits I already have build through various books I’ve read, Podcasts I listened to. So the. However, I was able to chat with the founder to see if there is room for improvements. I honestly think this is one, if not, the best way to get started with your new habits. It starts with a glass of water in the morning and continues with affirmations throughout the day etc. So, if you are new to personal development, this is the app you should download.

Motivation App is something I use ever since I downloaded the app. It’s about $20/yr and you can change the quotes, themes, and add your own quotes to it. It’s a great way to just receive a notification with “Be Mindful, Be Grateful, Be Positive, Be True, Be Kind”

Let’s make your dream come true.
